Novo Design

Abraham worked extremely hard to PAINT MY CONCRETE PATIO. He spent a great deal of time ridding the patio of paint I had used. He then power washed the entire patio. He took his time on this project. It came out as well as can bee expected due to the original paint being difficult to get rid of. It rained today and the paint job did not peel which was one of my concerns.

Abraham and Juan are an awesome team who worked together quickly and efficiently. They were always on time and built a beautiful deck for our older home. Abraham gave us great suggestions and an excellent price. I wish I had more projects to hire them for. Novo Design is a trustworthy and honest company.

Abraham was the first person to contact me when I asked for contractors. He was professional and creative as he designed a stairway between my house and dock with a small deck midway down. We hired Novo Designs to rebuild our deck, which the previous owner had built incorrectly (wood footings directly into the ground, wrong screws, not treated wood) so it was rotting. Novo Designs measured and provided a quote very quickly. We ended up going with a composite material. Novo Designs brought us a color sample so we could confirm we liked the gray color. The crew was professional and worked quickly on the demo and rebuild. They were communicative throughout the process. Novo also suggested lighting and installed that, which looks incredible! Would recommend Novo without hesitation. A+!

Easy to work with. Polite. Straightforward about costs. Prompt and efficient. Great communication. They built a large screened in porch for me, laid down a new pebble driveway, installed a fence and painted my shed.

Abraham kept me involved in the process, made sure I was ok with any changes, and finished the project in great time! I would recommend him and his crew for any deck jobs you have. He basically remade mine from scratch in 4 days, with a 17 step staircase. Awesome!
