We had a great experience watching the guys do an amazing job of taking down our two trees in the back yard! Extreme perfection and experience not to mention bodies of steel. They were very professional and when the job was finished they cleaned up everything and took away all the wood from the trees. Our yard looked better after they left than before they came. We were amazed at the work they completed bringing down a 100 foot tree very close to our house. We highly recommend NW Tree Surgeons.. We videoed a lot of the experience since it was so amazing!

Mr. Nunez was very professional when he came to bid my project, which was quite large and involved having his crew climb some very tall trees that actually belonged to my neighbor, but all the cutting was on my side. He gave me what I consider to be a reasonable price--I did get another bid also that was higher but in the same ballpark. I communicated with him a few times via email about the project, and his responses were always quick. He came with his crew on the date and time appointed, introduced them, and we went over the project scope again. His crew always checked in with me over the course of the day to see if they were doing what I wanted, they were careful to respect my neighbor's property, they cleaned up after they were done. I will definitely be using them for my tree work from now on!

They were very polite, finished quickly, did exactly as I was quoted, nice workers. Having trees removed is expensive. But I thought their prices were fair.

Moses was very helpful and friendly by phone--he answered all my questions patiently. He showed up on time and did a wonderful job removing a rhododendron stump quickly and thoroughly. We would hire him and his company again! Great attitude and great work!!

Great Customer service

I was happy with the work and the crew was accommodating and thorough. My problem is that 3/4 of the way through the work they determined they needed to charge me 50% more than what was quoted. My wooden gate got broken and not fixed and they left their lunch garbage in my front yard and empty water bottles in another area. As far as the work they did, it was good. In regards to keeping with their quote and being considerate of my property, not so good.

One of my widows got broken with a rock that their machine three/flung in the direction of the house.

Crew was professional, on time, did a great clean-up, and involved the owners in decisions. I was very pleased with the whole experience, from estimate to completion.
