I'm still owed chips because they had to many debris in their truck. The instruction was that i keep the chips. I was told by the foreman that they will deliver better chips when they get some. As of this writing no chips has been delivered.

A crew of 5 worked on a major trimming of 5 trees and a rooftop tall bush. They put all the limbs and trimming through their chipper and left the yard clean. Weâ re quite satisfied with their work. Didnâ t get lots of written estimates, and havenâ t had similar work done for comparison, but we are happy with their work!

Their work was good but read the fine print carefully. Their verbiage on their work agreement seeks to disclaim liability for damage to neighboring property and put it onto the homeowner. What is the point of an insured contractor if they do that? Also, they try to push the responsibility for getting digging locates onto the homeowner, most of whom will have no idea of how to do this, or what they are getting into. This state has a new and aggressive one-call law. Again, one of the main reasons you hire a contractor is for their expertise, to avoid legal and civil liability. When their work agreement throws the liability back on you, you are not getting what you thought you were paying for.
