After the three weeks Daniel said he would treat and bait the mole, it is still destroying my new lawn. He said I have one mole. The mole the entire three weeks has continued to destroy my laws in the exact same areas. Daniel said that is good because he is running out of food and searching for more. I wake up to more and more mole hills. He tells me it is a good thing he (the mole) is doing this, but I highly disagree. If the mole was running out of food he would be in several areas and the birds would not be feasting in my yard where the mole is if the food was not plentiful. More than anything I wish I had hired another company to take care of my issue. I hired him because his cost was half of the others I researched. However, the value is poor since my yard still filling up with mole hills meaning he is still alive and well. When Daniel left after treating my lawn, the huge mess he left from pushing over the hills as he called it, killed big areas of my lawn where the mole hill was. I should not have had to ask him to be tidy. He claimed he would put the dirt back into the holes next time. Why did he not do that from the beginning? Extremely nice man. Great customer service. Personally I find him delightful and personable. He lost my invoice which he wrote all my debit card information on. The card numbers. expiration date and the code from the back. He had no idea when he was here previously which makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable. His initial visit was June 5th, I called him June 13th which was when he told me he lost the paperwork. He did come on the 15th and I called yesterday the 20th and again he said the mole hills are a good thing. He said he would be here today which I am almost sure he will. I would appreciate my money back since the treatment is unsuccessful.

Daniel and I met and discussed the problem. He said he would write up an estimate. I asked for a ball park estimate, he named a price and I hired him. We have a program set up to control the problem. Fingers crossed.
