The quality of the project was excellent. The customer service was wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone.

To start with, he ordered materal for an 10x12 deck instead of an 8x12 deck. He built a deck out of lumber that I could park a truck on. He used 2"x6" instead of deck boards and 2"x10" for perimature of the deck and the floor joist. I can live with the construction even though it added extra cost to the construction. The finish work is terribleThere are to many things to list. He also only worked 2 to 4 hours a day and not every day of the week. I tried to down load pictures but it would not let me.

They replaced my existing wood deck with Trex Composite, added a pergola, added deck railing with horizontal stainless steel cables, and replaced the wood steps on my back patio with Trex Composite. The work was high quality and the end product looked great.

They showed up. They work on time. They did top-notch quality work. They did it in a very timely manner and they were very reasonable price line.

I do not recommend at all. Very disrespectful, argued with us constantly and never took responsibility. He installed the wrong floors, but refused to correct it. He lacks many skills and made countless errors in measurements and installation. He asked us to lie to the county inspectors to cover for his lack of certification. No pride in workmanship and the work looks like he does not care about his reputation either. We are very unhappy with his work.

Excellent experience with NW Construction. I was managing the project from out of state on our rental property. Gary responded when we had questions and his bid was very competitive. I would certainly use NW Construction for future projects.

Fair price for really good work.

I paid 50% more than his original bid for 2 bathrooms remodeled, but he left on day 5 after not even completing 1, or starting the other 1. He wasted time, my material, & left an incomplete safety risk with rough 24" tile edges exposed on the entire floor, because I stated that was unacceptable, which clearly it was beyond that. I paid 50% more than his bid to complete 2 bathrooms, but he did not complete 1. Scammer here, buyer beware!

They did excellent work!

Very knowledgeable about the construction, prompt in arrival, and gets the work done on time!
