Excellent service. On time for appointment. Showed us how system works and how to trouble shoot a problem and what to do if it did arise. Very friendly and spoke to us in terms we could understand. Our Technician didn't try to sell us anything we did not need and as a matter a fact told us we did not need one of the filtration systems another company (Anderson Water) had hooked up and charged us for. He is truly an asset to your company. I will certainly refer Northeast Water Systems to any of my family and friends.

Very professional and nice. Went out of their way to ensure we were properly wired and fixed the electrical connection for no additional charge. Was expensive, but worth it to have water on a Saturday. Other companies said they could not come until Monday or Tuesday.

Came out right away when our well pump quit. Made the job look easy although it is quite expensive for a good quality pump but what isn't nowadays. I would def. recommend them!
