Unfortunately no coverings over their shoes leaving my house a mess because of working with water, broke a bulb in my house and did not replace just moved one from another spot,otherwise knowledgeable and fast.
Response from Company:
Homeowner advised us not to worry about our shoes as she had other workers in the house at the same time. We did accidentally break a light bulb due to low ceiling height in the basement. We cleaned up the glass and water mess when we finished up the best we could due to very rough concrete floor. We unfortunately do not carry spare incandescent bulbs on our truck. House was not left a mess. A lot of work was going on that day. I apologize for any inconvenience and should have sent out a replacement bulb.
