they told what to expect and I got more. They honor a bid well past 30 days. Replacement grout around tub looks really nice. Floor came out much better than I expected. If any problem He'd come back. bid said day an half, He was done in one. Iam Pleased

We had North Point Services install a kitchen backsplash and a basement bathroom floor for us and we are very happy with the work they did, their professionalism and the value for the money we spent. The backsplash was glass subway tile and the bathroom floor was ceramic mosaic and both turned out beautifully. In the basement bathroom, the floor slopes drastically towards the drain and the toilet is on a concrete pedestal, which made me worry that it wouldn't turn out nicely, but I was so wrong - it looks gorgeous! Our kitchen walls are not smooth, level or square, which also concerned me, but the installer, Pavel (not sure on the spelling of his name), made it look like the walls were perfect! I would highly recommend North Point Services to anyone looking to hire a contractor who shows up on time, does what he says he will do, charges a fair price and does excellent work.

Aleksey was fantastic! I called him on a Friday and he got me a quote that very night. He's very responsive and easy to talk to. He was very professional, great price, and very knowledgeable. He gave some great advice straight away about what we should do with the trim and he made it work by working around the fridge (this was in the kitchen). Everything went great, I absolutely recommend him to anyone doing tile.

Aleksey and his crew did a great job! He's very communicative, responds well, asks lots of questions, and is very creative and hands-on. They ended up doing all sorts of great projects - 2 whole bathrooms, painting, outside work -- all kinds of stuff. And He's a really nice guy, too!
