From the moment we made contact, the savy and knowledgeable computer technician was helpful, encouraging and not once made me feel less than. I'm from the old school, where customer service is everything and Chris checked all the boxes: timely, efficient and completed the rare trifecta by following up. But most important, he got the job done and my trusted laptop is humming right along. In my line of work, my laptop is the whole ball game. My computer did an update overnight and when I tried to ise it the next day, it wouldn’t open. There was a blue screen asking for a key of some sort. I tried to google how to fix it but it had me going in circles. Chris fixed my computer so it works perfectly. He was very knowledgable, professional and kind.

He came to my house that day (2 days before Christmas) and did a thorough revamp of my system and now it’s working beautifully. I felt like he went above and beyond the expectations. He was also very personable and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Chris was professional, smart, knowledgeable, and friendly. He arrived at my house earlier than the scheduled time, and promptly fixed the multiple computer problems I had. The costs for his service was more than reasonable, and there was no attempt to upsale for additional services. I highly recommend Chris. If,.when, I need any computer service, I won't hesitate to call Chris at Noble Electric.

After having a technician out three times, the problem was not found. However, the tech thought he fixed the problem so there would not be a fire hazard. He plugged the window A/C unit into an electrical socket. When I hired another electrician, he showed be all the errors, including replacing a breaker switch and moving the problem to a different breaker. The electrical outlet he plugged the a/c into was broken and was beginning to melt. No idea if this was Noble's electrician or if it was like that previously, but the new electrician fixed everything correctly.

Response from Company:

8/2- responded to customer request Window AC not working. Electrician noticed receptacle installed incorrectly had damage from high Amps. Removed damaged receptacle and replaced bad breaker. 8/6- called back out because new breaker is tripping. Cleaned AC unit coils and did amp check. Compressor draw 32A when compressor kicks on. Relayed the findings to customer and recommended the AC unit get repaired or replaced. This type of a review is misleading and an apparent attempt to not pay the bill as the customer did not respond to any of our attempts to contact and has not paid the invoice and apparently did not heed our recommendation and kep
