Because this was a big job, I had to wait for Richard & Co. to finish another job before mine was begun. It was well worth the wait. This wasn't just a siding project. There was extensive wood rot in various spots around the rot so wood and insulation had to be replaced in several places. Richard explained (with color coded illustrations) exactly what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. In one case it involved building a temporary support wall while some wood was being replaced. The house is now water tight for the first time since being built. Richard and the other guys were all very pleasant to be around, very organized in their process and storing their supplies, and very capable. I am very pleased with the job they did and how they did it.

Richard responded within 2 days and performed the work the next day, despite the small job and the busy season after recent storms in the area. He took the time to identify some other siding issues and repaired them at no additional cost, as well as some areas for future work such as window caulking and masonry concerns. Work was backed with a written 2-year guarantee. Richard exemplified the trust and competence that we homeowners are so worried about these days.
