I am going to make this a short version .We hired NPS Sales and Services to remodel our bathroom .It was supposed to be a two week job,but it turned out way longer than that.I had to inform James Johnson that his services were no longer needed do to communication problems,wiring and plumbing done incorrectly and No license plumber or electrician on site.NPS Sales And Services had all the wiring and plumbing done wrong.I had to call the city and state inspectors out to take a look at the faulty work.That is when I called a Licensed plumbing and electrical company to come .They had to come and redo all the wiring and plumbing all over .After they were finish which this was the sixth week of a two week job the inspectors had to come back out to approve the work.Finally the work was done,Hallelujah!

You contacted an inspector to view the work that was not completed. When an inspector shows up on site his primary goal will be to find something that is not current to the existing code based on whatever state you are in. This does not mean that the job is WRONG it just means that it does not match your cities code. Plumbing is plumbing everywhere. Electrical is electrical everywhere. You jumped the gun and extended your job far more than it should have been extended to. Myself and my contracting manager are licensed in different states respectively but nonetheless LICENSED & BONDED. As you stated, we did not complete your job due to your issue with communication, not because of the work that was done. You did not pay the 2nd half of your bill in a $7500 bathroom remodel which you will be billed for accordingly.

NPS and James were a dream to work with. First of all he was the only contractor to call me back asking if I was going to have them do the work on my siding replacement. Second of all I mistakenly had someone different do my roof and caused all kinds of issues. Yet they were flexible, understanding and great through the entire project. Third issue was a bunch of extra work needed after the work began and despite multiple days of extra labor they didnâ t gouge me on price increasing it like they could have. If you want the best deal around, killer service and a great contact to make sure it goes smoothly. Hire NPS and let James take care of you!

First I hired NPS with a little bit of concern, since this is the first time I was hiring through HomeAdvisor and I did not know NPS at all. They came in on time and completed the job professionally. I asked for some changes outside the original scope of the work, and they address them for me. They have nice customer service too. I am now working with them to do some follow up work in my place. I trust NPS Sales with my home projects, and I recommend them to others.
