New Life Construction and Renovation

I contracted New Life Construction Renovation for the remodeling of two bathrooms. Young Lee, the owner, made it one of the best experiences I've ever had. In the past, before I met Young, I had bad experiences with contractors and remodeling. Young was very respectful, pleasant, and had good communication skills, and the working crew was polite and worked diligently. During the remodeling, there were issues and changes, but they were my fault, and Young was patient and understanding of my mistakes. They were quickly resolved. Young's working team were professional and quickly corrected any mistakes they made, which rarely happened. They used quality materials at very reasonable cost and made sure I was satisfied and I had no complaints at the end. I highly recommend working with New Life Construction Renovation for any of those who are looking to renovate. I am very satisfied with the results of two bathrooms and have no complaints. Young from New Life Construction had a great vision for our outdated 1970 s bathrooms. His bid was very competitive and detailed the work to be performed. The crew was very attentive and did an excellent job paying attention to detail. Everyday the crew cleaned up any mess made, and the renovation was isolated with plastic film and zippers to limit any dust or debris bound to encountered during a remodel. The projects (two bathroom remodels) were on budget and Young was always in communication with me regarding the project with options, and suggestions. If your wondering which contractor to select, without hesitation hire New Life construction! I ve shopped around and been through a few with disappointing up charges, deficient work, and shady practices enough to know a genuinely solid company that stands behind their work.

We recently had our 1970â s kitchen remodeled by New Life Construction and I couldnâ t be any more happy with the outcome. Young Lee and his team did an outstanding job taking what my husband and I envisioned and making it a dream come true. And the best part, they did it all in 15 days!!!!! From the very beginning, Mr. Lee listened to what my husband and I wanted and he made great suggestions based on the layout of our kitchen and what we could do to maximize our space. He made detailed drawings so that we could envision how things would look. From the beginning, I could tell that he was excited to transform an old, green and dark kitchen, to a beautiful, well-lit, white kitchen. From day 1, New Life Construction demonstrated that they were here to work hard and get the job done. Every day they showed up early and left late. Never once did I doubt if they were coming. Throughout the process, New Life always had our best interest in mind. Everything was done in great detail. If I had any requests or questions, they were quick to listen and make the adjustments. They were professional, respectful, courteous, neat, hard- working and on time. The guys also tried to keep the rest of our house dust free by putting up plastic covers in doorways and entryways and I really appreciated that. Like all home projects, we ran in to some minor hiccups but Mr. Lee was always quick resolve them. New Lifeâ s honesty, integrity and commitment to working hard are just a few reasons why I highly recommended them to my friends who are also looking for a contractor. I will definitely use them again for my next home project.

New Life met with us promptly after the initial phone contact, and worked on a rough draft of plans for a front yard patio and staired walkway with retaining wall and lighted pedestals. We got an estimate immediately, and within a few days they had confirmed local ordinances and a final plan was done and submitted to our homeowners association. The project was started right away. Despite some rainy weather, the patio was completed on time, and looks fantastic! We now have the best front patio on the street. Very happy with their work!

They did a great job...even worked on Saturdays to complete the job. We were very impressed that Mr.Lee went way beyond to cover the rest of the house in plastic to prevent construction dust from getting on our furniture and kept out of other rooms.After completion, the cleanup was perfect.The master bath looks beautiful....top quality workmanship. The full remodel included lots of plumbing work as well as the tiling. There is a strong work ethic at this company....very professional. We would have full confidence in recommending Newlife.

Could not be happier with the job we had done. From start to finish working with Young was a pleasure and his crew is very good at what they do. They went out of their way to minimize the amount of dust in the house and did the job quickly, while not rushing the work or the quality, Everyone was professional, friendly, honest, and a hard worker. We will be using New Life again on future projects. Can not recommend them more highly.
