Poor workmanship and cleanup: Garage floor sander broke on the first attempt at using it (unreliable equipment). When work stopped, Company left without advising when they planned to return; did not return garage shelving to the garage; did not remove plastic door sensor coverings; for the 1/2 garage floor that was epoxied, left uneven finish and clumps of epoxy on the floor; gray flakes that were scattered on the epoxy wound up on my inside garage door and steps leading into the house. Yes, the job was NOT guaranteed or warrantied, but Company decided to complete the project promising to do a good job, Considering all the weather delays (we had many Sats that were 50 degrees+ but Company does not work on Sats), the broken sander, leaving the half-done floor incomplete, not returning the shelving into the garage (yeah, that was agreed-to as part of the project), driveway stains, and not removing the plastic coverings from the door sensors. Have pics of everything to backup my review.

Unfortunately this person elected to go cheap and buy low quality materials online and then find a contractor for the lowest price possible. Initially I refused, as had other contractors he had spoken to, bc we cannot guarantee results of products we donÂ’t use. He asked me repeatedly if I would please help him and I relented against my better judgment, an act I will never do again based on my experience with this person. We followed manufacturer specs but when his products failed to produce intended results (prematurely hardening during application) I offered to correct it at cost using quality materials and including warranty but naturally he did not want to part with another penny, also forgetting I had worked with him on price. Incidentally, it's not epoxy. It's one company's version of a polyaspartic compound, and there are widely varying degrees of quality from residential applications to heavy industrial. The products we use are industrial grade; many others are available for cheaper. Whether you decide to work with us or not, don't go cheap! It rarely turns out to be.

The owner is professional and very, very customer orientated. He takes his work seriously. He is very honest and will not promise something he can't deliver. He will not give you a certain time to perform work unless he is certain it can be done at that time. No waiting around and disappointments. The job is done when he tells you it will be done . He has a very polite and hard working crew. Best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time.
