Couldn't put the Chief mount together correctly and the monitor ended up with a broken screen. Had to return it. Then, they charged me the full installation price, even though they didn't finish the job. Offered to come back for an additional $100. No thank you.

This is totally NOT true! Customer had bought their own TV and the mount! Called us for a TV mount service. His TV mount was too big, but it worked out OK (not recommended for a light LED TV)...right after it was hung up, we noticed the (small) corner of the TV was broken, possibly caused by product shipment. Then, I even went further to put all of the TV & components back to its original manufacturer's box....Regardless, we only charged this client a service call vs. an install fee.....I also offered to come back!
