Bobby was an excellent service technician. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and solved my problem installing a home entertainment center. His service was fairly priced. They did get the computer working and for that I give credit. However, it appears that it simply needed the processor connections cleaned (that's what they told me). They installed no parts and I installed a new power supply myself. They charged me $300.00 for this "cleaning" and would have charged more if I had not objected to the price. (I told them to keep the computer.) They did not give me a quote before beginning service, which I specifically asked them to do - and they agreed. So, OK...they got the computer working, thanks. But too expensive and no communication.
