Omar, was very professional and patient. He really worked with me. I needed a bath tub hot water faucet cartridge replaced. He was able to locate a replacement and installed it in the same day. Also the Fluid Master arm in the toilet tank was not working properly and the water was running intermittently, he made the adjustments and explained how the apparatus works. I will use them again with no hesitation.

I hired Nelson Contractors, LLCto remodel my basement and basement bedroom. Bill and his crew did an excellent job. They were always polite, listened to my concerns and offered suggestion. Each day they cleaned up the basement. I would highly recommend Bill Nelson and his team. If I have an future remodel I would hire Bill again.

Bill is a very nice & knowledgable man. When he says he will call or stop by, he usually forgets and it has to be rescheduled. Once he gets paid, he will have the job done quickly. I have had to call him back out to fix a leak in the job he did, and it continues to leak.

They completed this project in a timely manner. All work was performed at a professional level. They were neat and cleaned up after themselfs everyday. I would use this contractor again.

Had nothing but great things with Nelson Contractors. Bill was the only contractor who actually brought in someone to go into our attic and let us know that we were able to remove the wall without a column. They cleaned up all their messes as they went along. Finished on time, and even Bill has returned a couple of times to help us with some finishing touches. The room looks AMAZING!! We will most definately be using them again, and would recommend them.
