Neat Freaks and Slobs did a wonderful job. They scheduled us in last minute for a deep cleaning (moving in) and they did an amazing job. Florence (the owner was extremely nice and professional on the phone, she even came in person to check-out the place. Her team did a great job. I definitely recommend this company and will use their services again!

Flo and team did a deep cleaning of my house and are doing biweekly cleaning. They were timely, professional and I love the way my house shines. The products they use are safe for my family and my pets. I love their version of clean!

Needed last minite service and spoke to them at 10 and my window I needed was 4-7 on time professional and did a great job. Had plans change and at 530 told Todd, their service person needed to be gone by 615. The owner reached out and said he might have to not deep clean as normal but they would add services next time. They did a GREAT job he kicked butt and no need for additional. Great communication and service. Will definetly use on regular basis.

They cleaned a newly renovated condo-Lots of dust from trimming Quartz counter tops. It was very well done and I will be using them again. Condo rented very quickly as it presented very well.

The homeowner sent me a picture of an obviously dirty floor. I was really surprised since the house looked very well maintained before the cleaning and spotless after our cleaning technician spent 5 hours working there (this is a large home). I got back to the homeowner as soon as it was safe to do (I was driving) and shared that picture with our employee who used the term "I am flabbergasted!"... and so was I. It is very unlikely that something so obvious as cleaning the kitchen floors would have been missed, and I am very proud of the hard work and dedication showed by my staff. Once established into their position, I trust them with giving their best and earning our trust. However, mistakes or missteps might happen as hours of labor do tire ones best energy. My team and I do take customers feedback at heart and we want to make it up when something is not to their liking. We offered the homeowner to go back and clean the floors again and to add to it some other tasks and to call me back to discuss. But I had not heard back from them before I saw the low review. So in the end, I have to say that there has not been a satisfying resolution, unfortunately.
