Exceeded my expectations. Very pleased. I had several very large trees cut down but the tree service left the stumps. Thomas removed them below surface level, filled in with soil, then put down sod. Also planted two crape myrtles, flowers, and small bushes. Looks beautiful!

Great job by Thomas! They were able to get the trees down (in a tight spot) without incident! They also cut the stumps off 2' below the ground without the use of a stump grinder (keeping my fence in tact). Thanks!

They didn't start the exact day that was planned, but once they did things were great! They were friendly, hard working and precise. They cleaned up very well when they were done with the job. I would definitely recommend them!

Very pleased with the ideas and the finished project. Quality of service was outstanding and very professional.

They did a good job with the landscape. However, they built a fence door for us and it was cheaply made (used rotten wood) and fell apart numerous times. We can't keep our dog in the back yard because they won't come fix the fence correctly. After requesting 10+ times to fix it we have given up. We now have to hire someone else to fix it and pay again for what Natural Balance did not do right. I feel that once they go their money were no longer a priority or important.

Natural Balance repaired my irrigation system quickly and efficiently. Thomas patiently answered all my questions; I learned a lot. I'm planning on using Natural Balance again soon for some landscaping and would recommend them to anyone.

The project took much longer then quoted but you have to allow for delays and weather etc. However we are very happy with how it turned out. The backyard looks awesome, our yard is now a very relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. Even our neighbours have said how great the yard looks.
