The work was done nicely -- until it wasn't! We last saw Nick the last week of October, and he was going to finish our project in the next couple of weeks. It is now April, and we haven't heard from him, he hasn't responded to text messages, voice mail, or answer calls! I'd love to rate his work higher, and I will be glad to if he ever finishes it!

Nick and his team replaced a lot of our deck boards. The work was done very professionally and in a very timely manner. Very friendly and easy to work with. The value for what he charged was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to anyone

I was new to Hot springs Village had just bought a house and was wondering who I could get for projects I wanted done. I was lucky enough to find Nick. I asked him to do ceiling fans, door repair,My patio decking and some bush removal as well as planting a Japanese Maple That my father gave me the year before he passed away. I carted it all the way from Texas. Every project was done on time with quality work, more than professional and at the price given. Nanny & Son construction are a real blessing. 10+ rating.

What a great team! Professional, reliable, great work, very courteous, answered all my questions. Nick and his men came when they said they would and Nick was great to respond to calls and texts. My deck looks wonderful and I've already planned for a few more projects with this company. I feel that I have a new set of friends and I highly recommend them!
