They responded for my request to repair my fence within a two hour period. They addressed every problem I was having with the fence and volunteered to return in 2-3 weeks to ensure all repairs are still holding up. This is an outstanding company that gives a true meaning to great customer service.

Pro called me at 9pm the first night, never listened to me when I said I had already hired another pro. He made me feel guilty and said he would come the next day since it was an easy job. 30 minutes after the agreed upon time, he called saying another job was a higher priority, so he would come the following day. That day he text me saying something else came up during our agreed upon meeting time and asked to come later. He was very communicative about the changes, but wasnâ t respectful of my time. I missed a day and a half of work because they didnâ t show up at the first or second agree upon times.

The customer may always be right. That is why I always back my work up with a 100% refund, no questions asked. And there are times when the customer is not. The 1st thing wrong here is I never try to take a bid winner's work away. I may offer help if they need it, but NEVER to the extreme of making someone feel guilty. The 2nd issue, she said she was working from home, no problems to change the schedule. I showed up on the agreed upon date and time. With praise for my communication. Now this?
