Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern about the cost. While it may appear to be just one outlet, the scope of work involved much more than that. Addition to installing the outlet, I had to run a new line and also correct the sub panel by separating the neutral and ground wires, as require the National Electrical Code. These steps were necessary for both safety and code compliance. I always strive to provide safe quality work. Hope this helps clarify the cost involved.

Terrible! Make sure you get a contract signed before doing work or they will not honor the agreement or return your money if done incorrectly. Take pictures before and after Job so you have proof when it?s done incorrectly. Be very careful, i thought they were legitimate but after having a licensed electrician look at the work (also from Angie) it?s clear they are not. First time I ever had an issue hiring someone from Angie.

However, we want to clarify that after the service was completed, we offered to return and re-evaluate the problem at no additional charge, but that offer was declined. It?s also important to note that during the full diagnostic, no issues were present or detectable at that time. Unfortunately, electrical issues?especially in older homes?can sometimes develop or become apparent after a service, even if everything tests fine initially. After completing the service, I specifically asked you to check everything to ensure it was working

Wonderful service. Flexible, helpful, fast, friendly help with restoring power to a bathroom and installing new bathroom fan. I had a last minute emergency and was even able to change the appointment on the fly to work around a health issue with a family member. Will definitely use again and again!
