These guys are the best! Replaced all main sewer lines in old house in Los Alamos. Very reasonable price. Did some additional work under same quote price. Fast work and friendly people. Pepe and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sewer line in South Santa Fe! Their price was very competitive and their workmanship was top notch. They got the necessary permits and started work the same day. The team worked very hard cutting out an 80’ section of driveway, digging by hand to the old sewer line, replacing it with new cleanouts and back flow valve, backfilling and packing the dirt and pouring new concrete. What a huge effort and a fabulous job done by NE Plumbing & Heating! I highly recommend them!

My sewer line broke on July 4. Pepe responded promptly, assessed the repair, and completed the project (a complete replacement of sewer lines and drains in my 65 year old home) in under 2 days. He was truly a blessing! His work ethic is phenomenal. He comes on time, works clean, and does the job right the first time. I 100% encourage you to call him for all your plumbing needs!

NE heating and cooling by far the best experience I have had with any contractor for repairs. Pepe and his crew were very knowledgeable about installing new furnace unit. There work was very clean and very fast. They were the only company that was willing to get things done right away. During the coldest day of the year when we had a deep freeze Pepe showed up ready to make things happen. There prices are very reasonable and the dedication to making sure things work right was on point. I definitely would hire this company again. I recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs.

We have had several services completed by NE Plumbing. They have serviced our swamp cooler in the spring & fall for 2 years, & done a great job. Last December, our water heater was leaking, and Pepe and his team stayed until 9pm that night to complete the work. Based on their suggestion, we replaced it with a tankless water heater & we are extremely happy with it. It has reduced our power consumption while giving us hot water efficiently when we need it. Pepe has gone above & beyond what was expected to give us excellent customer service. Prompt, knowledgable, thorough, & friendly. Highly recommend!
