Got a good feeling from our phone conversations - Katia was very helpful and priced her service very reasonably. Since the owners are not in the area, she worked well with our contractor and realtor and the realtor was very complimentary about the job done. We would recommend My Touch to others in the community.

The girls did everything that I wanted done , they were very thorough in the deep cleaning that I needed done in my house. I was very happy and would definitely call them back again.

They showed up on time, but I had a 1st time cleaning, ( deep cleaning ) a lot was missed and Price was HIGH!

We did all that you asked. You have 2 cats and a dog everyone knows that after you vacuum there's always dust and hair in the air and once it settles again its over the furniture again. It makes me wonder why you keep on losing your house cleaners. I'm really trying to be as professional as I can. I have a lot more I could add. We spent from 8:45 to 11 with 3 people including myself in your home, equivalent to 6 hours of cleaning . We can't please everyone and I'm truly sorry that you were not happy but you are truly being unfair with your review. I reached out to see how we could make it better but that was not good enough. I wish you luck.

I have been looking for a new service. I tried 4 others and was not satisfied with the professionalism or cleaning job. I was getting very disheartened, like there might not be any one around who takes pride in their work anymore. Maria, Katia and the girls did a fantastic job. I have a large house and they didn't miss anything!!
