Exceptional Carpentry

I had some significant wood wet rot underneath a door that had gone into the sill. Lenny did a fantastic job repairing the sill and all the framing around it, installing water barriers and metal flashing, and making sure we never have this problem again. Lenny is responsive, honest, and does high quality work. He checked in with me at various steps along the way, clearly explained what work he was going to do and why, and was always conscientious of the financial cost to me. Lenny will be my go to person for future house repairs and renovation projects!

Had a small job with a stuck window. Showed up on time, figured out the issue, and corrected. Took time in exploring all options for repair.

I'm a DIYer, but after trying to fix some big drywall imperfections on my ceiling, I quickly found out that I needed the touch of a professional. I usually have to chase contractors to get them to reply to my inquiries, but Lenny got back to me within minutes (really, within the hour) and he came over to do a free estimate the same day. And he completed the work almost right away. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Lenny for his professionalism, his proficiency, and the value for the money.

Lenny replaced some decking and did some structural repair on our deck. Also did some siding repair. Lenny and his helper did an excellent job on both the deck and siding repair. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise as well rehire him for any future project.

We had the pleasure of working with Lenny this July to replace several of our doors in our raised ranch home. He got us a great deal on our solid 6 panel doors and hollow 6 panel bypass doors, the doors look much better than what we would have bought from Home Depot. They were friendly, timely, very efficient and did a great job.

I hired for door installation and Lenny did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend and hire again in the future.

In fact he repaired previous contractor disasters for me. He does it right the first time. I love my kitchen its so attractive yet functional. He reconfigured my entire first floor to be customized to my family's needs. A new laundry room and addition. A beautiful porch. New siding. New basement. He has practically done my entire house over. I keep calling him back every time I want to upgrade. He is my go to guy for all things construction and renovation. He is very reliable and a very hard worker with excellent work ethics. I highly recommended him for any and all home renovations.
