We are preparing for a move to another state. Downsizing from a 3-bedroom townhouse to an in-law suite. This is equivalent to a 1-bedroom apartment. Andrea is a warm, funny person and a talented organizer who helped me go through years worth of clutter in multiple rooms of my house.
