    Oh my gosh - I did not expect the outcome that I received - wow! Three experienced women arrived on time, ready to work and, work they did. Melissa, Sam and Jen were on their hands and knees nearly all day, scrubbing grout lines - with vigor and purpose. They were in constant motion. Breaks were short and purposeful, while waiting for sections and parts of my ceramic floor to dry. They were polite, listened to what I had to say and, at about 4:30 pm. they completed the job, cleaned up all of their supplies, thanked me, asked if I was satisfied and left. Such pride in their work and very affordable. Thank you so much. You can bet I will use them again.

    Laura was excellent in her explanations and overall tile grout cleaning in the shower floor and bathroom floor. Very knowledgeable and thorough as well as getting the entire job done in a very timely manner. Excellent cleanup when the job was done.

    Job left unfinished. There was an issue so the owner came out to my home, and talked over me, and did not listen to my concerns. She sent her employee back out and did not regrout the areas of concern even after all of the excuses. We did your outside work at the wrong time of year, the weather was not conducive and I was moving my office. We will come back when the weather is warm, and you have a year warranty. Never cleaned up after themselves. I had to sweep and mop myself. Eight months later the job is not complete. I have lost faith in hiring anyone to perform work after this experience.

    Thank you for bringing this to light. We replaced all the grout on your lanai floor and then color sealed it in August 2019. We agree with you that this job is unfinished, as noted and signed by you on our paperwork. You need repairs. You told us you were unhappy that the job didn?t run smoothly, you were so upset it made you ill and we certainly didn?t mean to cause you to be unwell. Lisa, the owner, authorized a substantial refund of $500. She also sent you flowers when she heard you were sick. Our office move had little to do with your job. It is common courtesy to tell a client where our office is located and we were proud of our new building. We scheduled you for an extra day because we needed the buffer, which was not on the truck when the girls sealed the grout. There is a large crack running across the lanai. More than a dozen tiles are loose, causing the grout to crack when you walk on it. We advised you to have it fixed when we first arrived in August 2019. We advised you again that the floor needed repairs before we could finish the job and you signed a statement acknowledging your need for further repairs. We informed you that we could not finish the grout repairs until you had the issue resolved. You were told four times that the floor needs repairs beyond the capability of our company. We are not contractors. We spoke with Mike H, a licensed tile man, and he reached out to you twice about repairing your floor. You never returned his voicemail. When we came back months later to finish the grout repair we realized you still had not fixed the floor. You mentioned we shouldn?t do outside work in hot weather. You brought us cold drinks and saw how hard we were working and said as much. You hired us in August. We wanted to make sure there were no further problems so we scheduled the installation of new grout for cooler weather. We cannot move forward with this job until you have your floor fixed. We take meticulous notes and lots of pictures. We have a large file with all your information. Please let us know when you have the necessary repairs completed and we will be more than happy to come back and color seal your new stable grout. We look forward to hearing from you.

    Our house is 18 years old so the tile in the shower and floor showed significant wear, dirt, cracked and missing grout. We called Mrs Grout per a recommendation from friends who had used the service. A lady, I believe her name was Melissa, scheduled an appt, arrived promptly for an estimate, explained the work, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work per our approval. On the scheduled day two ladies, Michelle and Alex arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went to work. It seemed they worked non-stop from about 9 AM to 5 PM. Both ladies were very personable and explained the work as they went along. The end result was tile/grout that looked new. Needless to say it is significant savings over installing new tile. I would recommend these ladies and company to anyone. WOW!

    This is a great company from initial contact, estimate, actual service and follow up. My shower tiles needed some TLC, and tub needed caulking. This house was built in the 80's but the tub and tiles were still in great shape and a neutral color so I decided to re-grout and restore to better appearance and function. Jacklyn came in and re-grouted the tile and caulked where necessary and it looks like new! She had a young man with her that she was training. They were very polite, and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing and it shows! This is one contractor that I have hired since my move here that I am more than happy with! I highly recommend Mrs Grout and will be keeping their number handy for any future needs. Thank you "Mrs Grout"!!

    First I want to say I would recommend and use them again. The reason for my one star down grade is when they came for the estimate sh told me that they would do somethings that the crew said where not necessary and that because I had SS appliances they would have to be wrapped because the solution would ruin the finish the crew said it was not necessary. I was also told a stronger solution would be needed as i did some things to my grout that would require it again was told not needed. I was told that the crew would be informed of these things and noted on work order. The crew seemed not to know. I noticed a few spots that needed attention and they where taken care of. Later that day my wife noticed more and I took care of them myself. I was given a price for my screen room I was told that I had to empty my hot tub so it could be moved luckily the tub was already empty because I was painting and had to move it to paint behind it when the crew arrived and went outside I was told that they do not do stone tiles had I emptied my tub to accommodate them I would been quit upset All things considered I would use them and recommend them to others the only thing I can say is that when a crew comes out they should know exactly what was discussed at the estimate and do all that was told then
