Mr.Appliance was 2nd company to come and look at my new GE Refrigerator. Devon was on time very polite and went to immediately identify the issue. It was not something that could be repaired. He contacted GE and send them the necessary information to replace this unit. The entire experience was great. From communication to problem solving. Devon was great.

I called in the morning and the repairman Jeffrey arrived at 1015. The replacement part arrived that the same day and he came bac about 4pm and put it in. The water dispenser malfunctioned the next day (unrelated to the previous repair). Jeffrey arrived. replaced the part the same day . This is an outstanding company for price, efficiency, professionalism and outstanding service.
