We had a leaky faucet outside and they sent out Tyler. He had to cut in our bathroom wall to get the job done and he had us all fixed up in a few hours. He did a great job and he explained everything to me in detail. We will definitely be using this company again. Thanks Tyler!

I called Mr. Rooter through my Homeserve account in order to fix an exterior sewage line. Unfortunately my house was on the same sewage line with two other duplexes who actually caused the problem, but I was the property experiencing the sewage overflow. Garrett and his team at Mr. Rooter was nothing but professional during the entire process. I had to get city approval along with documentation from my neighbors to allow a new sewage line to be built for my property. Finally after all this, Mr. Rooter was able to complete the massive job in 2 days. They worked with me regarding financing because this was an 80 foot sewage line install. Of course it rained on the second day which lead to some issues, but everything was able to be fixed. Garrett offered to bring his excavator to flatten the ground better once the yard dries. Glad they were able to do a proper job and I’m looking forward to no more sewage issues!

New garage disposal and was NOT informed PRIOR to installation that I would have to hire an electrician to run a switch. Puddy left around flange. The disposal leaks. They put the hose for the existing sink sprayer on the wrong side of the PVC pipe and will only stretch out about 5 inches.
