Beware. This is a very scammy company. Be very careful before you consider calling them for an estimate. They charged me $49.95 to just show up. To be absolutely clear: the technician never stepped inside the property, no evaluation was conducted, and no service of any kind was performed. Despite this, I was still charged the $49.95 fee. to give an estimate. I was told that to give an estimate, it would be $367. This was NEVER disclosed to me. That's right - $367- just to give an estimate. Why didn't you disclose that during booking? Don't fall into their $49.95 trap. See pictures-everything is in text messages. I'm glad that I didn't choose them to do the work. Imagine that. People with strong profiles have all rated them very poorly. And rightly so!

They contacted me immediately and came out the same day. They explained everything to me in detail and went right to work. An hour later my drain was unclogged! I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Rooters, Celso, did a great job clearing out a clogged kitchen drain. He was friendly and thorough. He even went above and beyond by changing out metal connectors that had been added to the PVC pipes by another plumber. The final invoice was less than I thought it was going to be. The drain is clear and I am happy.
