Dean from Motorcity Appliance LLC provided excellent repair service to several of my appliances. He was very kind and patient and explained step by step the process of repair which gave me understanding and comfort knowing the repairs were done correctly. I highly recommend his professional services to anyone who needs appliance repairs. Hats off, and my sincere thanks to Dean, for a job well done!

To make a long story short he was supposed to fix my washing machine and if he could not fix it I was to be reimbursed with my money within 90 days he will not answer my calls nor would he answer my text message

Response from Company:

The Repair was done to unit i have been there 3 times and each time I showed customer unit runs thru full cycle if unit is not working right then it has a warranty I don't just give refunds.

Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!

You dont realize how dependent you are on your appliances. Dean was life saver. I got in very quickly and he was super up front about what was going on and how much it could cost me. It ended up being way cheaper then I expected. I must add that my dogs loved him and the little treat he had for my guys. 10/10 recommend. Currently in my phone as my appliance guy!
