Well I called to get a roof done the guys seemed nice and ready to help when they came to talk to me I told them my situation they seemed genuinely ready to help spent almost 2 hours working on loan papers and contracts, yes I hired them. Thought all was good then they did not show around the time they said they would call finally got hold of them and was told loan wasn't approved after all we went thru and thinking they cared and everything was a go to start my roof then be told 3weeks later wasn't gonna be happening very disappointed. Will not recommend them!

Legit employees far surpassed other project bidders for description and presentation of the job of replacing my 40 year old T-111 siding with Hardie Plank. A design for replacement was presented with the initial meeting so that I knew what my house would look like from beginning to end of the project. Since this was a winter project, the weather during construction was not just wet, it was a monsoon. The crew, however, persevered. Steve was great about keeping me informed with their progress and with any changes in schedule. The house looks great! Just like the preliminary mock-up. Steve and crew did a quality job! Legit Exteriors was excellent with replacing windows in my old house. They finished the job in a single day, and all communication was professional. When there was a small concern about one detail, we were able to resolve it easily and quickly.

We were worked into their schedule within a reasonable time frame, they showed up when they said they would, and finished the entire project around my schedule for completing some structural repairs. I am so happy with Legit Exteriors. We used them for new windows in our home. From the initial sales visit from Tucker to the installation and to final inspection, all phases of our project was handled with excellent professionalism, and quality work. The final product is amazing. Our old windows were in terrible shape and to have the new windows with a beautiful view is worth every dollar. I appreciated Tucker's approach of fitting to our budget and our scheduling needs. No pressure at all was appreciated. Installers were great and hard working and done in one day! I had concerns after the roof was done - it was in the fall, and cold out. Some areas looked like they were not flat. I was assured everything would look good once the roof got warm. And it did! I hired an independent inspector to check it out. After he was done, he said the roof, and all the new venting looked great. Then he asked who had done it, when I told him Legit, he said they were good, and he has never seen any bad work from them.

Very professional, excellent job, cleaned up the area well, completely satisfied with their work and their work ethic. Showed up when they said they would and even worked overtime to get things done.Best experience for a contractor EVER,also had the gutters redone and they are terrific, happy with that as well.
