i recieved a phone call -- within 45 minutes -- they were in the area on other prolects and said if i wanted it done today -- they could do it -- and i said yes and within and hour they were here -- job done --- very pleased -- so -- i was worried about this roof leak i found in the attic -- after raining for 5 days --on friday-- and saturday morning going online ---- and a simple search -- had the problem solved within 2 hours -- very happy -- what more could you ask for

Signed a contract. Paid him for repairing the roof and the trim. He fixed the roof but not the trim.

This was a rental we repaired the top part of the roof The owner wanted us to do more repairs on the facia was a whole different job we only charged him for the roof repair I told him I was not repairing the Facia the way he wanted to do it. I would not reccomend Morris Construction. They can repair a roof and side a shed but they ended up being very unprofessional in many aspects of other jobs they did for me. They quoted and installed a leach field drain that was not usable. They hooked up the sump drain to the sewer drain because the leach field could not hold all of the water. They installed flexible hose underground when they should have used hard black plastic pipe. They installed bathroom tiles wrong, the border pattern does not match the tile pattern. These are examples. I could name at least 10 other items they did wrong but I do not have the space in this box.

we told them the leach field would not work. Because the house is siting in a low water area. we have done alot of work for him. rebuilt a house for his mother. the tile he pick out was the wrong color and tile size and blamed us for it. we have done a lot of bathroom. not had one complaint. i can prove that.all ways said he loved the work. the first job we did for him cost 48.000 dollars so why did he ask us to do his 3rd big job if he dident like are work.
