I received a prompt, reasonable and transparent estimate for the removal of a large tree and stump grinding. The crew showed skill and a high level of safety awareness while climbing and securely lowering the extremely large sections of the tree. My property was cleaned thoroughly after the tree removal and again after the stump grinding. A small bit of damage to the parking pad was caused by the sub-contracted crane company, and Sean ensured that it was fully repaired, quickly and professionally. Throughout the entire process the communication from Monster Tree was exceptional. Sean kept me informed at every step, and his friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience stress free. I highly recommend Monster Tree Service.

Promptly responded for proposal, emailed detailed estimate with documents of insurance. Showed on date and time agreed upon. Excellent work and communication. Immediately hired for second job and received same great service.

Sean came by and we had a thorough discussion on what I wanted done now and later. He sent a proposal with three projects and costs for each. He and the crew came and did the 1st project - trimming branches overhanging the driveway and several wires. They did a great job, including taking good care of a beloved pine tree. Look forward to working with Monster again in the spring.

I had a very difficult removal of a tree of significant size that was next to both a power line and a structure. Their team came out to review the work, gave clear cost estimates and brought a team out to knock out the work with no problems or issues whatsoever. Great communication and exceptional work. Sean and his team of three men did an excellent job. The work done was beyond what I envisioned them doing. The maple tree in my back yard was pruned. I noticed I don't have to pick up small branches after a storm. I would highly recommend them to others. They were a God send for me!
