Green Monster did the job in a timely manner. The insulation and blown in insulation for the duct work was professionally done. The removal and the reinsulation was done on the days specified. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend him to others.

Good customer relations. Excellant explanation of product and comparison to fiberglass. Extra expence of products worth is yet to be determined. Research of product and its attributes indicate it should be worth the difference.

We had to replace damaged insulation in crawlspace after Sandy the superstorm. Brien was always available via phone and answered my questions quickly. The job was completed as promised. As far as price, I think the price was fair, but I have little to compare to. We had trouble getting multiple estimates because no one really calls you back. We are happy with the job and would recomend green monster highly.

I found them to be a hard working crew that knew what they were doing. I would reccomend them to anyone. The only area they need improvemnt was after they cut into the ceiling in the attic they appliied spackling with one coat which was part of the contract. They should of made a tighter fit, which would of made the job of spackling easier. Like I stated before I would use them again, for any insulation needs.

Never saw owner - Application of spray foam was un professional
Response from Company:
On behalf of my company I did speak with the customer. This job was a 10x10 ceiling that needed to be spray foamed. The day before the job was scheduled my rig went down and to not inconvenience the customer brought in a sub. My crew was on site for the prep work and clean up. The subcontractor was using foul language and being totally inappropriate. I take blame for the mistake of using another contractor that can't match our quality of service. As for him never meeting the owner, i as the owner of the company i do all the estimates myself to ensure all customers get what they ask for.

The work was very good. The men stayed on the job until it was complete and no issues arose. This type of job was a bit messy but they did the best they could to clean up. I will hire them again when the need arises.
