    Very high costs. They failed to communicate with us. They told me to text them and I had to provide way too many texts that they never answered. When calling directly phone was busy or just not answered. No phone messages were returned calls. They failed to leave a hep dyer until I told them I would not pay them until the two days I paid for was completed as agreed. On a scale of 1-5 they are a 1.5. I suggest the owner improves his work proposals with professionalism integrity and make sure the high cost services are worth the value. I am waiting for info on another company services recommended but I canĂ¢ t even reach them. He recommended this company for repairs and replacements of all the drywall removed by the mold remediation which took only 30 minutes. Which I paid hundreds of dollars for less than one hour total time at location.
