I would recommend that a potential customer make sure they know ahead of time the total cost they are obligating themselves to. For some reason (maybe my fault), I didnâ t know or understand the potential cost and was staggered by the bill. Linda spent over two hours going over every inch of my condo, making suggestions, asking important questions and pointing out areas of concern. Safety issues were addressed, samples were taken and her thoroughness was greatly appreciated.
