Jordan was very prompt in getting back to me as well as letting me know that we was on time for the sceduled appointment. When he arrived on time he was very knowlegeable in explaning what needed to be done and althouhg I knew a good amount about the situation before he got there, he was still able to enlighten me about info that I was not aware of.
