Thank you, Roland & and crew, for an amazing and professional job !!!! Thank you, Tito Brown, for showing us the "miracle" of these windows. They look amazing !!! Although the job was awesome, it has been 4 WEEKS since they installed the windows. We are still waiting for the inspector to come , check the stickers, and give the ok to Rolland to come and finish the job. I have called several times to the business, they said they were going to take care of it. So far, NOTHING ... Finally after 8 weeks. We have the job completed. It took time to get the inspection. So prepare yourself to wait a little longer. We are very pleased with the results ! Thank you!

Update - October 7, 2024: It has come to my attention that I may have been subjected to a bait-and-switch scheme. After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. The State inspector further advised me that I was not the sole individual affected by this issue. I will provide further updates to this review as more information becomes available, as this matter is still in the preliminary stages of investigation.

Paid for two 6 foot sliding doors and wrong ones originally sent to my home. It will be a year waiting with still no doors. Un believable!!!!!b I want this issue to be Resolved Now.

The customer service is very bad. She was yelling on the phone They sent me a young kid to replace the bath tub. They did not do that job before they were learning And they spent one week finishing it, but they did not finish it yet. I am very upset and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully, they will come back to finish the project soon.

They were so prompt and polite. They totally delivered what they promised!! Very helpful and truly a MIRACLE company!! In comparison to other companies, we got way more for our money!!
