Bruce and his crew were professional, timely and proficient. He made this part of our renovation so seamless and easy! They did 3 jobs for us. Refinished our wood floors, removed carpet, installed and stained in our 3 bedrooms, as well as install vinyl flooring in our basement. Bruce was available next day to come in and give an estimate. We are in love with our new floors and have gotten so many compliments. He is responsive and always kept us updated with any delays. He will be the person we call with any flooring needs! We are very grateful to have worked with Bruce.

Miracle Touch, Inc is the best. We love, love, our hardwood floors! We cannot begin to express how amazing Bruce and his crew were. We decided last minute to do our floors in our new home. Bruce was prompt to respond. His price was very fair. He brought sample colors and before the staining was done, we had another chance to see if we really liked the color, and we did. They did an incredible job, our floors are practically brand new. They were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use Bruce-Miracle Touch, Inc in the future and will refer them to anyone who’s in need of amazing flooring work!

We had a great experience with Bruce and his team! Bruce and his team were very accommodating to our moving schedule which was based around our close date and other work that was being done in our house. They were able to work seamlessly around other teams at the house and worked to ensure the project was complete before we moved in. We re-stained most of the house and added new flooring to a few rooms. We love how everything came out and Bruce and his team also came back a few months after our move to touch up a few things that needed to be done. They were also very accommodating and patient with changes that we requested mid-project: change in stains, additions of additional rooms, etc. We are very happy and will continue to refer them to others!

I hired Miracle Touch after a pretty bad experience with the previous company which was recommended to me by my contractor. Miracle touch were able to accommodate me on a very tight timeline and delivered a very nice high quality product. The owner was available to answer any questions throughout the process and even came by afterwards to finish a section which couldn't be completed initially due to furniture that couldn't be moved easily.

I overall had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very professional, neat & exceeded my expectations!!!

Left nails and staples in floor ,spots shld have been filled and sanded better .. inside closets look terrible and stairs came out terrible had to hire another contractor to fix their work.. They rushed he job and did not put protective plastic up .. took 2 days of cleaning to get all the dust out cld not walk in the house was a cloud of dust..
