Minquiz does a very good job maintaining my lawn. They also did a spring clean up for me and actually did more than I expected. I will hire them again

Working with Angel and Cassandra was a great experience. They really listened to what we wanted and were able to do what we needed within our price range. We were so impressed with the communication and when Angel saw something wasn't done right, he made sure to fix it. We appreciated the quality of work and communication through the whole process. We will definitely contact them for future projects as well.

We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again.

Angel did an AMAZING job! He tore down an old pool deck and rebuilt an entirely new lower and upper deck, with 2 sets of stairs. From start to finish, working with Cassandra and Angel was easy. They kept constant communications and updates, kept the process moving, and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. Angel was timely, efficient and prompt; there were extremely hot or rainy days, where I thought it wouldn’t be possible to work in those conditions, but he made it work! I can’t praise them enough for their hard work and dedication to making our dream deck come true and making the process seamless. We had several quotes from competitors and the vibe of the others either didn’t understand what we wanted or just always tried to upsell. Minquiz came in with a reasonable & affordable quote that didn’t compromise what we envisioned. They made adjustments and recommendations to the plan as needed, with clear communication. We plan to hire them for future home projects!
