Mills Design and Management, LLC

We used Mill’s Design and Management to finish our basement this summer (2022). Prior to choosing a contractor we did our research and got quotes from two other businesses. Dave (the owner) was responsive and his quote was very reasonable and within our budget. I asked a close friend who works in the construction business if he knew Dave and if so, what his reputation is. To my delight, my friend told me Dave has a great reputation and does quality work. So, we choose to move forward and signed a contract in early April. The project started on April 28th and wrapped up at the end of July, on time and as promised. His employees and subcontractors were professional, punctual, and did an outstanding job. Carpenter Rob deserves a special shout-out for his willingness to go above and beyond, ensuring we were happy with his work and made last minute changes to our design without any pushback. As he told us over and over “if you’re happy, I’m happy. This is your project and I want to make sure you get what you want.” He is a good man and does great work. Throughout the process, Todd the Project Manager kept us informed of the day to day schedule, who would be here and what time they’d arrive. He handled all of our concerns, questions, and requests without hesitation. I really appreciated him keeping us in the loop via group text with my wife and I. We never felt like we annoyed him and he responded quickly, even on the weekends and evenings. The painter, Randy, did an awesome job and his attention to detail really brought the basement to life. I’m hard to please and tend to be a cynic when it comes to my opinion on things. So if I’m taking the time to write a review, it should tell you just how pleased I am with Mill’s Design and Management . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor who does quality work. Thanks to Dave, Rob, Todd and Randy!

Mills Design was very professional and thorough. I needed the subfloor of my bathroom replaced and they were able to come in, replace the damaged subfloor, and retile it to leave it looking much better than it was before. Dave, Todd & Rob were all easy to work with and able to deliver what I was looking for. Thank you!

Lot water damage. Fair quote did a great job. Have already recommend them.

They did great work and had great communication and completed work in the time frame given. They were flexible and kept everything clean. I'm very happy with them!
