The company installed my tankless heater a few years back and they did a fine job. A part of the installation was the descaling filter. Late last fall i could not open it to replace a cartridge so called them up to help me fix the issue. The plumber who showed up stated that he did not have the right parts. He was expecting a newer filter cartridge as they do not install what i have anymore. I expected they would look up their work records to see what i have. They DID NOT, nor asked me what i have. The plumber came back and replaced the whole filter/cartridge setup. It took him about 40 minutes. The invoice i received was for $425. I called the owner and asked why. His response was that because I "did not tell them the correct part" they had to return and i am charged for two service visits, parts and labor. I told the owner that i agree to the charge for one visit and parts + labor, but he charged me $425. I asked American Express to dispute this charge. Rip off!!!

Milloway Pipeworks repaired my sewer line. The job involved a substantial dig and a lot of dirt removal. They took care with cleanup and solved the problem.

They were very professional and informative. They explained what was wrong in detail and were able to fix it in one day. I was very impressed with the fast response as well. Very nice company. Would definitely refer them.

Quality workmanship at a fair price Boulden,, Franklin , and all those big box plumbers are ripoff. Call Ross for to get straight answers to your plumbing issues and a great price compared to the big box plumbers

Let me start off by saying Ross and Miloway PipeWorks are awesome! Last Tuesday 02/16/2021 I woke up without running water I initially called Bouldin Bros to come look at it because thats the only person I could think of at the time. They came out and told me I needed a new well pump, pitless adapter, and pipe running in to my house and it was going to cost just under $6,000! I of course told them I could not do that today I would have to see what I could do so they left. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing after that and they came out on Saturday 02/20/2021 only to not look at anything and tell me I needed to call a well drilling company and still charged me for the service call even when they did nothing. Finally last night I was on the internet and filled out an inquiry for well repair on home advisor and within less than 30 minutes Ross called me he was gonna swing by my house then and take a look. Upon looking he said all I needed was a new well Pump and he squeezed me in this morning at 8AM. The job ended up costing me under $2,000 and now I have running water! I will definitely use Miloway pipeworks again and I encourage everyone else too as well; Bouldin bros and Benjamin Franklin plumbing are ripping people off.

We have worked with Ross several times and always found his work to be clean, fast, and reasonably priced. He offers great ideas and solutions, and we look forward to working with him on many more projects

I didn't ck prices bc I didn't have time. I was out of water. The service was faster than I thought the job took about 3-1/2 hrs and they up grade the pitless adapter they rewired the pump. They got in and got it done and that's the bottom line for me
