Reviews
Write a ReviewThe work is acceptable but sloppy. You will have to take a day off work to make sure their work passes inspection. They do not have the time to make sure the inspector approves the work
They didn't have drop cloths their first day of install walking in and out dragging insulation through my house. They did better the second day by getting the drop cloths and taping them down. My only other thing of note was that the original quote was for a 70k btu unit, which they were back ordered, so they offered to use a 45k btu unit. Which is still fine at that point for the size of my house when it comes to heating. The only thing there was at the end of the installation, you'd think with the smaller equipment, there would be a slight price drop, but no. If I could do it again, not in the middle of winter, I would wait for the unit in the bid. Otherwise, everything else seems acceptable.
Got quotes from multiple HVAC folks, Miller's was probably the best value. Install went smoothly without any surprises, willing to answer any questions I had. Brian called after install to make sure everything is working smoothly. Overall nice to do business with Miller's.
Competitive price for top shelf furnace brand. Estimator (Bryan) was great to work with. He found us as many discounts as possible. Installers were fast, efficient, and courteous. Iâ ve been around construction most my life and can tell when someone knows what they are doing. The lead installer (Tito) did a pro job and his helper (Juan) did great as well.
Job done right.
We have used Millers for a number of years and have always received exceptional service. Two weeks ago out furnace stopped working and I called them and they sent a service technician, Chevon, to diagnose the problem. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We decided to purchase a new high efficiency Lennox furnace. We waited 4 days for the install and during that time Chevon delivered 2 large space heaters to get us through until the install. Chevon went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend Millers.
Be cautious with service so you do not get led down a rabbit hole. I called for free consultation. Tech came out and said refrigerant line needs tested for leak and it would cost $98.. I call and schedule service call and communicate this with office. Service tech comes out and does basically same thing as previous tech and now line still needs tested for leak.
Great service
The install of my AC went great until the electrician showed up to wire it in. I was told that my 100 amp panel couldnâ t handle the additional draw. I ended up using my ovenâ s circuit and will be switching to gas. The actual AC install was great and has been working great, just be aware of your power panelâ s capacity
The team installed the heat pump quicky and efficiently. They were polite and professional. However, the thermostat seems to not be working perfectly. They scheduled a team to check it out as soon as they could.
