I used Mike to repair some water damage in our kitchen ceiling. He did a very good job and was extremely pleasant to work with. He's punctual and there was no clean up after. I'd recommend him to family and friends.

Mike's Maintenance went out to the property to see the amount of gutters and provided a reasonable quote. He went out to the property and cleaned out the gutters and called me when the work was complete as to the status of the gutters prior to cleaning and a mold issue on the vinyl siding that he would be able to take care of. I would definately keep this company in mind for other projects in the area.
