Our Service Contractor left us high and dry on a Friday and said he couldn't get the part we needed for two weeks. Mike showed up on Saturday had the blower motor installed in a half hour at a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommend him.

Had my AC unit installed by Mike's stop running during July 2025 heatwave. Mikes showed up within hours and repaired the unit quickly. No charge for parts or labor as they had promised at installation. Great price for original install as well. Always leery of how the seller will respond to warranty issues but Mike's was right on it!!!

Mike was the best we've experienced. 27 year old HVAC units went on the fritz Sat, he came out Sunday and installed Monday. We didn't even need any other estimates, and we AlWAYS get 2 or 3. Fair price, great product and service and super fast responses. From the owner of a 29 year old established contractor! Do not hesitate, hire Mike.

Completed the job in 6-1/2 hours. Cleaned up after them selves, and tested the operation of the new system. Also instructed us on the operation an maintenance required for the new system. Also very responsive, and kept us posted thru SMS the status of project from start to finish. They were also 1/3 less expensive than my other quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service.
