Mike built a pole building for us. Communication with Mike was excellent. When I called, he answered every time. Quality of the work and the product was very good and he kept me updated as to each step of the process. He has a great staff that seems to work well together. I made a couple of changes mid stream and they were handled without issue. Aside from a couple of delays, which were not his fault (weather and county permits), project was done on time. Excellent! Very professional easy to work with, vey reasonable rates. He and his workers arrived at 8:00am job and cleanup was completed by 2:30! Excellent work and service delivered as promised. Would definitely hire again!

Mike Gray is not the typical up north builder. He was on time every day, the quality of work was excellent, he and his crew were very professional and friendly, and they delivered everything they promised. If I have another project, Mike Gray and Co would be the first to be contacted! Very pleased!

Mike was very easy to work with, he obtained the permit and worked with the inspector. There were no surprise extras and he called immediately when questions about materials and colors arose. The final product looks great and the clean up was excellent. The price per sq ft seemed a little high and when I looked for competitive bids, in a small town, the contractors talk to each other so that is a waste of time. Also, contract documents and invoicing can be greatly improved.

He is by FAR the best home repair/builder I have dealt with in a long time. I was very impressed. He stayed within the time line he gave me-- and actually had it completed early.. He kept me informed, was very polite and professional, was very efficient, did great work, reasonably priced, cleaned up everything. I am telling everyone I know in the area if they need work to call him. He is honest, gets the job done right, in a timely fashion at a very fair price. I will definitely call him when I need other work. I've had problems with so many others that I hired in the past to do repairs/building, dealing with MIke was like a breath of fresth air.
