Rylan came out to do tge estimate and inspection and was very thorough about it. Spent a couple hours making sure he knew everything that was bad with the roof and documented it. Jackson and the crew came out bright and early at 7am and got the roof ripped off, repaired, and new one installed very quickly. They were done with it by 1pm. Very good cuatomer service from everyone involved and would reccomend.

We recently had Midwest Roofing replace our entire roof, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless every single day. The new roof looks incredible, the workmanship is excellent, and they stuck to the timeline and quoted price with zero surprises. What really set this company apart, though, was Drew’s dedication. Our insurance company was initially resistant and tried to lowball the claim, denying full replacement coverage. Drew stepped up and fought hard on our behalf—communicating directly with the adjuster, providing detailed documentation, photos, and measurements, and pushing until they finally approved the full replacement we needed. Without his persistence and expertise navigating the insurance process, we might have been stuck with a partial or inadequate fix. He kept us updated every step of the way and made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth resolution. Jackson, our on-site supervisor, was equally impressive. He ran a tight ship, ensured the highest quality work, answered every question we had, and made sure the job was done right down to the smallest detail. The whole team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. Midwest Roofing delivered exceptional results, but Drew and Jackson made it truly exceptional by going above and beyond—especially Drew battling our insurance company so we could get the roof we deserved. I had a great experience working with Jonathan from Midwest Roofing. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process with my roof. Jonathan took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. I never leave reviews but had to for the A+ service we’ve had with Midwest. I can’t say enough good things about working with Austin Bryant. He was on time, polite and very informative when going over our roof inspection. He very clearly communicated and explained the state of our roof and the risks we face. It never felt like he was being dishonest as he video documented the inspection and explained each finding. If you are needing service in the area look no further. Was always informed before start of estimate d start date. ONE LONG DAY— did tear off and replace large home and mid size shop. It’s March 17, not 18 hours of daylight. We witnessed, skill, hard work, dedication and attention to detail. Thank you JACKSON and your great crew.
