Work was good and the deck looks great no complaints however they left unused materials and never came to pick up I?ve call several time with nothing be done

Patio Cover: This was the best improvement to our new home. Midtown Home Improvements uses high grade materials. The added strength was one of my concerns for wind and weather. My expectations were met and surpassed. The construction crew was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Complete cleanup after the completion was excellent. The initial install went smoothly, however there were insufficient materials in the project package to complete the job. The patio roof also had a small leak. Both issues were corrected quickly. The final result was good.

They did a great job replacing my roof. There were several workers and they got the job done in less than a day and left the place clean and tidy

I had my concrete patio screened in by Midtown. They did a great job from beginning to end. They helped me with the HOA approval submission and the actual work was done very smoothly. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, they were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up. They also made sure I was completely satisfied, and I was! Midtown Home Improvements did a really excellent job for me and I would highly recommend them for your projects.

Very satisfied with the results of this project. Deck looks great and much more solidly built than the old deck. Logan was a hard working young man and kept me updated throughout the process and completed the build in about 5 days. I highly recommend Midtown Hone Improvements.

They demolished the deck and completely rebuilt and enlarged it with PVC decking. It is beautiful and my son-in-law who is a contractor says that if a tornado comes through get under the deck and hold on. The house may fall down but the deck will survive!
