Ken was by far the most professional home inspector I have ever worked with. He was timely, knowledgeable, and above all else, thorough. I hired Ken as I was interested in purchasing a house and he came the next day after I called him. He showed up on time and immediately got to work, but didn't forget to ensure I understood what was going on and my questions were being answered. Everything he pointed out to me, he would explain in great detail that one could only gain with immense experience. On top of all of that, he got picture of just about every little detail of the house. I would without a doubt recommend Ken to anyone looking for an honest Home Inspector who has the buyers interests in mind. It was an absolute pleasure working with him.

Ken is very thorough and reviews all aspect of a property. I especially liked that he was not in a rush to finish and move on to the next customer. He is patient and will answer all your questions. The report he provided was detailed and addressed all the items he discussed verbally during the inspection. His fee was very reasonable considering his time.

Very professional and thorough. Found and pointed out many things I had overlooked. The report was sent the following day with pictures and recommendations of what needs to be done to fix every problem. Very polite and very affordable. Will defiantly call him again if needed.
