John and Mid Home Restoration worked on our home when we had water damage from ice damning which uncovered mold. John. Chris and Mid Home Restoration were thorough, efficient, fair and just a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend them!

I’m contacted John after seeing his work in my friend home. I was very impressed with it. We had an issue with our crawl space. Needless to say my crawl space looked like a bomb went off and when they were done you could eat off the floor. Chris his coworker was also amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. Thanks guys!

Johnnie was professional, knowledgeable, clear and pleasant upfront and at all times. They did exactly what they said they were going to do on exactly the timing they said they would. No issues. No drama. It would be so nice if all projects went like this.

We were thrilled with their ideas and the quality of their work. Johnnie and Chris found ways to include our children in the decisions and they also received the stamp of approval from our cats! They care about the work they do and when they discovered extra issues that were outside the contract but were really needed, they just went ahead and fixed them for us. They were able to understand how we imagined our new space and guided us toward realistic and cost effective options . There were things we had never thought of, but were exactly what we needed. They are down to earth, relaxed professionals who we thoroughly enjoyed having around while they worked. We hope to have them come back again to remodel our bathroom.

Johnnie removed the mold and restored the ceiling. His work is impeccable. I was consistently informed about what work was going on and how it should be done. The crew holds themselves to very high standards. My home was always left clean at the end of a work day. I felt very comfortable leaving them if I had to run out. Their pricing was very fair. My dog even loves them!

No one wants to find mold in their home (or in our case, the home we were buying), but everyone wants to find good, reliable, knowledgeable people to help them, and Johnnie definitely fits the bill. We were referred to Johnnie and got him on-site the very next day he was very accommodating. He spent a ton of time not only carefully working in the house, but gave generously of his time to explain things to us thoroughly. He was very honest, gave us his unfiltered assessment based on his expertise (which we appreciated), and we can not recommend him enough. If you are looking for someone who is personable, reliable, reasonably priced, and really good at their job, hire him, you will not be disappointed.
